A star pitcher may be brilliant on the mound, but as a boyfriend, he leaves much to be desired. Two months after their breakup, he returns with an unexpected proposal: live together again and rebuild the routine he believes was the key to his success.

Unable to abandon either his struggling ex or his hopes for a championship, his former boyfriend agrees to a temporary cohabitation arrangement. As the familiar routine brings the ace out of his slump, however, the boundaries between habit and lingering affection begin to blur.

What started as a plan to win the championship soon becomes a question of whether their relationship deserves another chance.
